On 4-6 December 2019 in the framework of  NACAR project the representative of the University of South-Eastern Norway together with the representatives from the Armenian two partner universities (Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi and Yerevan Brusov State University) and from the National Information Center for Academic Recogniton and Mobility (ArmENIC) were involved in work-shadowing regarding the admission procedure of international students in Armenia and Norway as well as recognition challenges concerning it.

During the meetings the representatives from ArmENIC presented the recognition procedure of foreign qualifications in Armenia focusing on some problems and peculiarities in the process of evaluation. Besides, the draft version of the research concerning the internal recognition procedure of foreign qualifications in Armenian HEIs was presented. During the work-shadowing the partners discussed the importance of admission manual creation for Armenian HEIs. The outline of the manual was prepared and it was decided to have the draft version of the manual till next meeting in spring 2020.
