On May 5, 2023, in the hall of the Scientific Council of Yerevan State University, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports initiated a working discussion with the participation of the National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility, the topic of which was the revised version of the diploma supplement of higher education.

During the discussion, the director of the National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility G. Harutyunyan and Higher Education Specialist A. Hovhannisyan also presented the results of the study conducted by the Center in 2019 regarding the revised version of the diploma supplement and its applicability.

The purpose of the study is to present whether the diploma supplement awarded by the Armenian higher education institutions serves its purpose.

The results of the study are fully presented in the handbook and are aimed at raising awareness of the purpose and application of the diploma supplement, as well as the implementation of the revised version of the diploma supplement adopted by the EHEA in Paris by the Armenian higher education institutions.

The representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and about 30 representatives of universities were present at the discussion.
