November 2-3, 2017 ArmEnic’s staff participated in the final meeting of the “Toolkit for the Recognition of Higher Education for Refugees and Displaced Persons” in the city of Sevres, France. The purpose of the meeting was to present the work carried out within the framework of the project and to summarize further work by the formal completion of the project by March 31, 2018. During the meeting, the Italian, German and Armenian centers presented the methodology of the Refugee Qualification Passports implemented by their centers in recent months. Armenian side in details presented the results of the passport methodology test administered in Yerevan on November 2, and presented Armenian Handbook developed by the ArmEnic along with the translated and elaborated sample of the documents for the refugee passports.
Summarizing the work done within the framework of this project, the participants agreed to conduct webinars on recognizing refugee education documents. The webinars are planned to be implemented during January-February 2018; along with other topics, the experience of the ArmEnic’s Refugee Qualification Passports will also be presented.
