Academic Information Centre – Latvian ENIC/NARIC, on behalf of the QUATREC 2 project working group, would like to invite you to the peer learning activity (PLA) “Recommendations for facilitating use of learning outcomes in credential evaluation”.
The aim of the PLA is to promote discussion among credential evaluators about the role of learning outcomes of higher education qualifications in the recognition procedures.
In order to engage more credential evaluators in this discussion, the PLA will be organised twice in:
- Riga, Latvia on 28 April 2022, – hosted by the Academic Information Centre
- Yerevan, Armenia on 25 May 2022, – hosted by the National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility

To participate in the PLA, please fill in the registration form by 20 April 2022 (Riga) and by 15 May 2022 (Yerevan):
NB Participants are invited to register to one of the events. Travel expenses for participants are not covered by organisers. Possibility to join the events online will be ensured. The PLA activities will be organised in English. Presentations and other materials will be published on the project website after the events.
The PLA is organised in terms of Erasmus+ NARIC project No 619629-EPP-1-2020-1-LV-EPPKA3-NARIC “Comparing qualifications for reliable recognition 2” (QUATREC 2). This project was launched with the aim to facilitate the efficient use of learning outcomes in credential evaluation among higher education institutions and employers to support a fair recognition. The main objective of QUATREC 2 project is to elaborate and pilot recommendations for the use of learning outcomes in credential evaluation on basis of desk study and previous QUATREC project conclusions and recommendations.
The QUATREC 2 project partners are the ENIC/NARIC offices from Latvia (Academic Information Centre – project coordinator), Bulgaria (National Centre for Information and Documentation), Lithuania (Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education), Romania (National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas), the United Kingdom (UK ENIC) and Armenian ENIC office (National Information Center for Academic Recognition and Mobility), as well as a higher education institution from Lithuania (Vytautas Magnus University).
