The 32nd Annual Meeting of the ENIC-NARIC Networks was hosted by the Ministry of Education and Sports of Albania on behalf of the Center for Educational Services/CES, the Albanian ENIC. More than 137 credential evaluators from the European and other regions of the world participated in the meeting. The representatives of the European Commission, the Council of Europe, UNESCO, as well as representatives of the International Baccalaureate, the European Students’ Union, the European University Association, the European Quality Register, and a number of other organizations also attended the meeting. The conference program was quite extensive and its agenda included issues related to the role of artificial intelligence in the context of recognition, automatic recognition, fraud in education, etc.
ArmENIC was represented at the conference by three credential evaluators who participated in a number of seminars. In 2024, the Council of Europe awarded grants to national information centers of non-EU member states for the second time, and three were selected, including the project on refugees’ qualifications presented by the ArmENIC. During the seminar dedicated to these projects, the centers presented the projects they had implemented and their main results.
